Granelid has an exterior of black panel, covered with battens in tar vitriol. Inside you will find plank floors and horizontal raw tongue and groove boards that give a natural, bright feel.
- A dark country kitchen with patina bowl handles is topped by a modern black extractor fan.
- Opposite the front door, a double patio door opens up to the back.
- The bathroom has microcement on the floor, shower cabin, commode and toilet.

All of our properties can be personalized and purchased fully furnished.
Granelid goes perfectly with the addition of a hybrid stove (wood/pellets) from Aduro, where the kitchen, fan and the stove's dark tones blend together.
The planned layout is an open room with a sofa bed, but can be adjusted – for example with a separate bedroom if purchased in advance.

The house is winterized in the roof, walls and floor and has good ventilation. The object is built on a steel frame from a crew's shed and can be easily moved wherever you want. Placement is easy with a crane truck, with a connection for water and three-phase on the short side.
