Every tiny home is unique - the final price depends on many factors such as:

- the extent of the renovation

- the object type (such as a mobile home, tiny home on wheels, caravan, etc.)

- should it be an off-grid home or a home that is connected to electricity via three-phase

- if you want to buy a Tiny home that is fully furnished

- if you choose a ready-made object or a customized project just for you

Since we work with recycled materials, we use profit margin taxation, which is why the VAT rate is different for each project.

Our items that have not been purchased or ordered by anyone are always prioritized after our order assignments. Therefore, it may sometimes happen that the launch date of our upcoming items is postponed if we receive orders that must go first.

Our finished items are ready for immediate delivery. For a custom-made design, the delivery time is individual between 1-4 months and you will then receive an exact time when you place your order.

Specific rules apply to Attefallshus and they normally do not require a building permit, but you need to register with the building committee in your municipality and wait for a start notice before construction can begin. An Attefallshus may be up to 30 m².

In some cases, a building permit may be required to erect Tiny Homes or modular homes. Whether they are considered buildings is primarily determined by whether they are placed in a way that is considered permanent and exceeds the regulations for what constitutes an Attefallshus - something that the buyer is responsible for investigating.

Before your tiny home is delivered, the site needs to be prepared so that the foundation is stable and durable over time.

The ground should be level and hard with sufficient bearing capacity, and leveled within approximately +/- 15 mm. This is important to avoid settlement or movement that can affect both function and lifespan. If the ground is not completely level, we can adjust the height using foundation frames or concrete slabs.

If you want to prepare yourself

It is possible to do the foundation yourself. Common options are to build a simple foundation with wood, use concrete beams or lay concrete slabs. This way you will have a stable base for delivery.

Within Stockholm and Uppsala counties, the delivery cost is around SEK 10,000 including VAT.
