Granelid has an exterior of black panel, covered with battens in tar vitriol. Inside you will find plank floors and horizontal raw tongue and groove boards that give a natural, bright feel.
- The house is built on a steel frame from a crew's shed, which means it can be moved wherever you want with a crane truck.
- The house is winterized with insulation in the ceiling, walls and floor with good ventilation.

- Air heat pump with fan at the back of the house
- The bathroom has a combustion toilet (which can be replaced with a water toilet or separette), shower cabin, water heater, mirror cabinet and commode as well as a PAX fan and prepared space for a washing machine.

The house can be lifted with a crane truck and placed where you want, the buyer is responsible for delivery with an estimated delivery cost within Stockholm/Uppsala of approximately SEK 10,000. We will help you book delivery to your location. Can be erected on concrete blocks or plinths.
